Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice or discipline which originated in ancient India.
There is a broad variety of Yoga schools, practices, and goals in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. Among the most well-known types of yoga are Hatha yoga and Rāja yoga.
There are 8 limbs of yoga which compliment each other to create a complete yogic journey. As a part of this journey this is my initiative to share this tool and knowledge to enable every seeker evolve in their journey.

This is for absolute beginners with no knowledge of yoga and wants to explore. It is never too late to start moving and don't worry if you don't have the perfect insta pose.
For yogis who want to connect with themselves and take their practice deeper. There is always scope for improvement and setting new goals.

I work as a Data Analyst with a leading retail brand and can very well understand the perils of sitting for 8 hours in front of a screen. Our mind and body is bombarded by information and stress. I use yoga as a tool to release all the unwanted stress and I also teach yoga to assist people in completely unwinding and connecting with themselves.
I am an Indian-born yogi fascinated and deeply connected to spiritual roots. Initiated into the spiritual journey in childhood there is not a specific number to the years of experience, however, doing regular meditation and pranayama practices since last 12 years. With the help of teachers and gurus has learned to teach others.
